Job Summary
Uncommon High School Math teachers work in grade and content teams to guide students toward self-guided learning. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- State teacher certification tests to meet MA state requirements (MTEL or equivalent) within first year of employment
- MA educator’s license or MTEL SEI endorsement within first year of employment for core teachers assigned to ELs
- 1-2 years experience in urban K-12 settings (preferred)
- Academic expertise in Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or related fields
- Demonstrated commitment to social emotional and academic development of students
