Deliver engaging, standards-aligned math instruction using Performance Academies' curriculum while differentiating lessons to meet diverse learning needs. Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments to adjust teaching strategies and promote academic growth. Create a safe, positive classroom environment that reinforces character education, behavior expectations, and positive behavior supports. Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and collaborate with colleagues on interventions, IEP meetings, and community engagement. Maintain accurate student records and participate in ongoing professional learning and school-based meetings.
