High School Literature Teacher - Founders Classical Academy of Prosper

High School Literature teacher to prepare and deliver lessons using classical traditional methods, administer formative and summative assessments, provide academic interventions, maintain accurate student grades, and engage with parents. Must collaborate with Special Education and 504 teachers, participate in faculty meetings and training, assist with student recruitment/marketing, and perform after-school duties. Requires ability to travel for field trips and to maintain a classroom of roughly 20-27 students. Qualifications include Texas state certification or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant content knowledge and professional recommendations. Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate with students, parents, and school staff. Proficiency in computer use and adherence to district handbooks is required.
