Job Summary
Instruct and develop student-athletes in softball at Roseburg High School for the Spring 2027 season; organize and supervise the total sports program; demonstrate technical knowledge of softball and continuously seek new theories and procedures to improve the program; model positive behavior and character development for student athletes; responsibilities include teaching fundamental skills, strategy, and physical conditioning to help individuals and the team achieve success; reports to the athletic director and engages in coaching clinics, observations, and consultations to upgrade knowledge; mandatory drug screening and ODE fingerprint clearance for selected candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Coaching experience preferred
- Must complete screening tests for illegal drug use prior to final offer
- ODE Fingerprint Clearance required
