Job Summary
Lead coach for the Girls Swim & Dive program at Winona Senior High School. Responsible for day-to-day coaching and instruction of student-athletes, oversight of all aspects of the girls swimming and diving program, coordination and management of program equipment, operation and supervision of meet timing equipment, and leadership in fostering a positive, competitive, and student-centered team culture. The season runs from August 17 to November 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Coaching experience in swimming or related disciplines
- Ability to coach and instruct student-athletes
- Strong relationships and communication with students and staff
- Program oversight and equipment management
- Meet timing equipment operation
