Job Summary
Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu; maintain sanitation, safety, and kitchen operations; assist manager with daily reports and meal records; supervise food temperature requirements; serve according to meal schedules and department policies; use and care of kitchen equipment (especially knives); assist in cleaning and maintaining storage areas and equipment; follow established cleanliness procedures; adhere to uniform policy; work under potential physical demands (lifting, bending, standing, etc.); role involves dressing and maintaining PPE as required and executing duties as assignments change.
Required Qualifications
- Food Service Certificate as needed
- Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
- Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure
