Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in English education is required
- Current Georgia Renewable Teaching Certificate in Secondary English Education is required
- Acknowledgment of and agreement with GAC’s Statement of Faith and Community Covenant
- Successful background check, reference checking, and drug/alcohol screening clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Teaching experience of 3+ years
- Prior experience and success teaching specialized English area.
- Master's degree in English education (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of student cognitive development and various learning styles
