Job Summary
High School ESL Teacher (LAT) needed for the 2026-2027 school year at Match Charter Public School in Boston (Brighton Campus). The LAT will provide English language development instruction, co-teaching and inclusion support in general education classes for multilingual learners, deliver targeted language interventions, use ELD levels and formative assessments to guide instruction, and manage language acquisition programming and related paperwork and communications. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members to share best practices, communicating with families about student progress, participating in coaching and professional development, and supporting non-instructional school activities as needed. Requirements include eligibility to work in the US, and a valid ESL license issued by the MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education by date of hire; the position offers a salary range of $61,812–$98,899 with standard benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule (7:30am–4:30pm).
