Job Summary
Teach High School English Language Arts at Rocky Mountain Prep for the 2026/2027 school year, delivering CCSS-aligned instruction, reading and writing development, and literature engagement. Design and assess writing tasks with high-quality exemplars, diagnose writing challenges, and provide efficient batch feedback. Apply science of reading strategies to improve literacy and support the Accelerated Reading Goal. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute rigorous, data-driven instruction and culturally responsive practices. Lead in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while upholding PEAK values. Roles also require completing CDE READ Act training or CLD hours within the first year, passing a background check, and demonstrating eligibility to work in the United States. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Pass a background check

- Strong knowledge of Common Core Standards and Science of Reading
