Job Summary
High School ELA Teacher responsible for delivering instruction aligned with North Carolina standards, developing daily lesson plans, and ensuring attainment of educational goals. Role includes classroom management, supervision of bus duty, cafeteria, playground, and extracurricular activities; participation in required staff and student meetings; timely completion of reports and documentation; responding to parent inquiries; and supervising and coordinating with teacher assistants as needed. Adherence to board policies and professional standards, and ongoing collaboration with supervisors to meet student needs and district expectations.
Required Qualifications
- North Carolina Educator’s Licensure in the assigned area
