High School Digital Learning Success Coach, Bench

Support an assigned group of up to 150 students from enrollment through elementary promotion by serving as their primary point of contact for onboarding and individualized learning plans. Counsel, motivate, and advise students via phone, email, and text to address academic, socio-emotional, and other risk factors while developing realistic goals for their success. Collaborate with families, instructors, and school staff to ensure continued enrollment, resolve issues, and conduct virtual orientation sessions and weekly SEL lessons. Track progress through communication and analytics to maintain class attendance and academic momentum, providing simple technology troubleshooting as needed. Spend 75% of working hours in direct contact with students or parents, with occasional travel for site visits.
