High School Co-Op

High School Co-op at a Marriott property offering exposure to hotel operations across multiple departments (front desk, restaurants, room operations, events). Supports operational needs by assisting guests and associates, delivering items, and performing tasks across rooms, kitchen, and other areas. Focus on learning the business, adhering to safety and company policies, maintaining punctuality, professionalism in uniform and communications, and gaining hands-on experience (standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance, reaching overhead, bending, twisting). This training role is designed to provide short-term exposure to the hotel industry and prepare for potential future full-time opportunities.
