Job Summary
High School/JH Classroom Proctor in Tri-Village Local Schools, New Madison, OH. Blended Learning environment with College Credit Plus and study hall duties. Responsibilities include setting high expectations for student coursework, maintaining a productive learning environment, managing student transitions, communicating with teaching staff and administrators about progress, troubleshooting student access issues (including connectivity and login credentials), and attending training sessions as needed. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree (minimum); Ohio teaching license preferred and classroom teaching experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, minimum requirement
- Current and Valid Ohio Teaching License Preferred
- Classroom Teaching Experience Preferred
- RESPONSIBLE TO: Junior High / High School Principal
- Maintain and expand Tri-Village's educational image
- Develop pathways to utilize data
- Integrate literacy skills and literacy techniques in all subject areas at all grade levels?
- Maintain long-term financial stability of the district
- Set high expectations for students to work for the entire period on the coursework required for their class schedule.
- Hold students accountable for appropriate behavior
- Create a physical environment conducive to learning
- Establish a culture of respect, enthusiasm and rapport with students and faculty.
- Communicate with teaching staff, guidance and building administrator regarding student progress or lack there of.
- Manage student transitions between classes
- Troubleshoot student access issues (including connectivity, usernames/passwords and multimedia)
