Foster deep engagement by encouraging academic risks, peer feedback, and meaningful connections to course objectives. Collaborate with teammates, families, and administrators to maintain a structured, equitable, and college-prep environment. Receive regular observations and coaching to continuously improve instructional practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior teaching experience in a school serving a similar population to THA's
- State certification
