Job Summary
Monitor restrooms, manage low incident referrals, and oversee lunch detention while ensuring safe traffic flow during student transitions. Support school leaders with restorative justice practices, including circles and conflict mediation, and maintain physical campus safety by locking doors and monitoring building access. Assist staff and emergency personnel in handling disruptive situations, write incident reports, and manage visitor attendance and emergency plans. Execute daily duties to uphold a healthy, orderly environment across non-classroom areas and parking lots.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of professional experience
- High school diploma or GED required
Desired Qualifications
- Work experience in education (highly preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)
- CPR and First Aid Certification (highly preferred)
