High School Boys Volleyball Head Coach

Job Summary
Head coach will develop and lead a high school boys volleyball program with a Christ-centered approach. Responsibilities include working with the athletic staff, coordinating practice and game schedules, managing facilities and equipment, arranging transportation, maintaining positive relations with parents and community, providing game results to the Athletic Department and MaxPreps, demonstrating leadership and a Christ-like character, and fostering student-athlete growth and academic achievement while adhering to the school’s Statement of Faith and CIF coaching requirements.
Required Qualifications
- CIF Coaching requirements as deemed necessary by athletics administration
- CPR & First Aid Certification is required for Coaches at all levels
- Minimum of one year coaching desired
- Experience coaching at the high school level or higher desired
- Experience coaching in a Christian school or faith-based organization and/or non-profit organization desired
- Requires excellent verbal and written English communication skills
