Job Summary
Provide soccer instruction and coaching to develop players' skills, techniques, and game understanding while organizing practice and season-long coaching plans. Work with student-athletes of varying abilities to instill sportsmanship, integrity, and teamwork, motivating participation and sustaining program interest. Serve as a positive role model for students, staff, and the campus community by maintaining professional conduct and ethics. Supervise all students affiliated with the team and promptly report injuries to the Athletic Trainer, Athletic Director, and Associate Athletic Director. Attend all athletic department meetings and collaborate professionally with school staff. The 2026-27 season runs from August 10th to November 14th, 2026. Candidates must have coaching experience across high school, club, and collegiate programs.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledgeable of the fundamentals and advanced techniques of soccer
- Coaching experience across high school, club, collegiate, and other competitive soccer programs
- Valid California driver's license
- Flexible afternoon and evening schedules
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and first-aid training preferred (or willingness to gain proficiency)
