Job Summary
Founding Head Coach - Track & Field/Cross Country; Assistant Track & Field Coach; Head Boys Tennis Coach - Spring; Head Boys Volleyball Coach - Spring; Assistant Boys Volleyball Coach - Spring. Responsibilities include fostering a lifelong love of movement, teamwork, and resilience through high-energy, inclusive programming across multiple sports and fitness activities, and building confident, disciplined student-athletes. Emphasizes character, respect, accountability, equity, and adherence to eligibility standards; supports program-building and positive team culture; requires certifications (e.g., CPR/First Aid, NFHS, NJSIAA) and completing required background checks. Location: Gibbsboro, NJ; compensation provided as stipends per role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of coaching experience
- CPR/First Aid
- NFHS
- NJSIAA
- Criminal background check and fingerprinting as per state law
- NJSIAA coaching requirements within timeframe
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
