Manage supervision, coaching, and evaluation of staff; coordinate professional development; plan and monitor school improvement goals; analyze data to drive interventions; foster collaboration with families and community; ensure compliant with ISSL and district policies; oversee resources, time, facilities, and technology to meet building goals; commit to equitable learning outcomes and a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Iowa Administrator certification with Evaluator Approval or willingness to obtain
- Master's degree in educational leadership
- Prior educational leadership experience (desirable)
