Job Summary
Develop and formulate a comprehensive program for grades 9-12, overseeing a systematic skill development program for all athletes. Instruct students in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training to foster individual and team success while instilling moral values, pride of accomplishment, and self-discipline. Regularly coordinate with the Activities Director, principal, custodians, and transportation supervisor to ensure program alignment. Recommend assistant coaches, aides, and officials to the Activities Director. Maintain regular, dependable in-person attendance as an essential function of the role.
