High school assistant swim coach

Conduct training sessions, coach games, and assist the head coach in leading the team to improve athletes' skills and performance. Help students understand game rules, strategies, and techniques while maintaining records on individual performance and developing improvement strategies. Assist with athlete recruitment, enforce conduct rules, and mentor students to foster academic, emotional, and social growth. Analyze opponent and individual strengths and weaknesses prior to competitions, and support the physical conditioning program. Travel to practices, meets, and competitive events as required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
