High School Assistant Principal

Lead instructional leadership as Assistant Principal at Kairos Academies High School. Partner with the Principal to drive academic outcomes, coach teachers toward instructional excellence, supervise 8–12 teachers, conduct observations and provide real-time/strategic feedback on lesson planning and data use, lead weekly data meetings and teacher reflection, foster strong classroom culture through coaching and direct support, plan and facilitate weekly professional development aligned to school-wide instructional priorities, ensure alignment and implementation of vertically coherent curricula, drive student support systems in collaboration with culture, NDL, and operations teams, participate in school-wide decision-making and leadership planning, lead morning huddles and quarterly strategic planning, address discipline escalations with the culture team, and support teacher onboarding, evaluation, and career development.
