High school assistant baseball coach

Conduct training sessions, coach games, and help the head coach lead the team while planning, organizing, and supervising practice sessions. Assist in recruiting and retaining athletes, maintain performance records, and develop strategies to address areas needing improvement. Instill sportsmanship, teamwork, and a competitive spirit while mentoring students to foster athletic, academic, emotional, and social growth. Follow a pre-determined game schedule, enforce rules of conduct, and analyze opponent strengths and weaknesses prior to competitions. Travel to practices, meets, and competitive events as required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
