High Risk Cardiac Clinical Nurse in Memorial Belleville 2NE unit. Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within nursing standards; develops, implements and documents individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient/family; promotes patient safety and quality/regulatory compliance; participates in professional development and the BJC RN Career Ladder with opportunity for pay progression. Role includes BSN differential and shift differential; FT Nights; Memorial Hospital Belleville and Shiloh campuses; magnet-recognized organization; acute care with cardiology/telemetry focus; supports post-discharge needs and medication administration; education for patients and families; safety-sensitive position. Preferred BSN; experience in Med Surg/Telemetry; RN license required; no prior experience required (minimum).
