Job Summary
High-rise exterior window cleaning on commercial and residential buildings using rope access, swing stage, and/or bosun chair; follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements; inspect and maintain cleaning equipment and rigging; communicate with site supervisors and building management; ensure high-quality cleaning and client satisfaction; maintain awareness of weather conditions and site hazards; training and certification upgrades available.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with rope access and/or suspended access systems
- Valid certifications (e.g., IRATA, SPRAT, Working at Heights, Fall Arrest)
- Strong physical fitness and comfort working at extreme heights
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
