Job Summary
Lead and oversee construction of concrete structures over four storeys, including formwork, rebar, slabs, columns, and cores; manage day-to-day field operations on large-scale commercial and institutional builds; direct site staff, subcontractors, and trades; enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance; monitor schedules, budgets, and milestones; collaborate with project managers, consultants, and clients; mentor junior team members to develop future leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience as a Superintendent with a strong background in concrete structure construction over four storeys
- Proven ability to manage multi-level structural concrete projects
- Deep knowledge of formwork systems, shoring, rebar, and concrete finishing practices
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large site teams
- Solid understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
