Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive building engineering/maintenance experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Technical or trade certification in building engineering or maintenance
