Job Summary
Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at one or more client-site posts, ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and required reports filed. Coach and discipline personnel, train officers, assist in payroll/submissions, ensure coverage across posts, prepare and submit reports, liaise with client representatives to meet security requirements and deliver quality service. Duties may include interviewing, orienting and training staff; planning and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; hiring/termination recommendations. Role may include performing duties of a Security Officer as needed. Requires high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related security experience; 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Security Experience
- 3 Years Supervisor Experience required
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. and related experience or equivalent
- knowledge of security operations with emphasis on patrol, inspection and response
- ability to supervise and coach staff
- ability to train and orient employees
- background checks and licensing requirements as applicable
