High Rise Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant responsible for attracting and screening prospective tenants, promoting available properties, negotiating lease terms, conducting property tours, and ensuring a smooth move-in process. Key duties include marketing properties, handling inquiries (in-person, phone, email), preparing lease paperwork, maintaining occupancy, upholding fair housing practices, and using property-management software. Must demonstrate strong negotiating and sales abilities, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Familiarity with Excel, Word, and industry platforms (Onesite, Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe, ResMan) and a valid driver’s license are required.
