Job Summary
Manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned property, including leading the onsite team and ensuring budgeting, lease enforcement, and regulatory compliance. Develops and analyzes budgets, reviews financial statements, and drives occupancy and revenue goals through marketing and leasing strategies. Oversees maintenance and resident service requests, conducts regular property inspections, and supervises staff—hiring, orienting, and training—while maintaining strong resident satisfaction and adherence to policies and applicable laws.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field
- 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently as a leader and team member
- Licenses/certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property
