Job Summary
High Reach Forklift Driver responsible for operating a stand-up reach forklift to move products, equipment, and materials following safety standards. Duties include putting away palletized units into high racks, picking units from racks for outbound shipment, recording materials and counts via RF system, loading/unloading pallets, completing daily forklift maintenance/checks, monitoring and charging batteries, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment. Requires ability to lift at least 40 lbs, work in cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) or dry storage (up to 100°F/37°C), and a flexible schedule including weekends. Emphasizes adherence to safety, regulatory compliance, and ongoing collaboration with team members in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills
- Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing PPE
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
- Must be comfortable with various noise levels
