High Reach Forklift Driver

Job Summary
Operate stand-up reach forklifts to move products, equipment, and materials while adhering to all safety standards. Put away palletized units into racks above floor height and retrieve items for outbound shipment. Select and record material counts, weights, and conditions via the RF system. Load and unload materials onto pallets, skids, or lifting devices. Complete daily maintenance checks, monitor battery charge, and clean batteries before returning equipment to the charging station. Coordinate with other machinery and material handling equipment. Work flexible shifts including weekends in cold storage or dry storage environments ranging from -20°F to 100°F.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills
- Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
- Must be comfortable with various noise levels
