High Reach Forklift Driver

Job Summary
Operate reach trucks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently; load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials throughout the warehouse; perform high-reach storage and retrieval in narrow-aisle and high-bay racking systems; accurately pick and replenish inventory from elevated storage locations; complete pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns; handle all inventory with care to minimize product damage; follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and OSHA regulations; support inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation as needed; keep work area clean, organized, and hazard-free; pitch in on general warehouse tasks and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Previous reach truck operating experience (required)
- Valid forklift certification, or the ability to obtain one
- Demonstrated experience with high-rack warehouse storage systems
- Ability to safely operate equipment at elevated heights and in narrow aisles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
- Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Willingness to support ISO management system requirements and standards
