High Paying Dishwasher - Weekends Required

Complete and pass required training modules while learning nightly specials, guest flow, and special events from the Executive Chef. Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using the dish machine with proper water temperature and sanitizer measurements, or wash items by hand as needed. Set up stations according to standard procedures, then break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of the shift. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish room and storage areas, sort and remove trash, and perform routine maintenance on the building's exterior. Assist with spot cleaning furniture, floors, carpets, walls, and countertops throughout the restaurant. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a part-time, flexible schedule. Prior dishwashing experience is preferred.
