Job Summary
Lead installation, optimization, and maintenance of High NA EUV Track equipment to ensure flawless process integration. Develop and optimize advanced photolithography track recipes to meet performance, defect, and cost targets for new memory parts. Identify and resolve equipment-related issues using failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, or SPC/FDC methodologies. Design preventative maintenance schedules to increase equipment uptime and reliability. Evaluate and qualify new photo film materials and equipment configurations to support technology scaling. Mentor junior engineers on equipment operations while collaborating cross-functionally with Technology Development teams in Boise and Hiroshima. Protect Micron's intellectual property throughout all technical activities.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 4 years of experience in photolithography track equipment development and maintenance
- Demonstrated expertise with High NA EUV Photo Track hardware and process control systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and interpret complex schematic diagrams
- Experience with failure analysis methodologies (FMEA, 8D, or SPC/FDC) to resolve assembly process issues
- AI proficiency or AI‐enabled ways of working
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in technology development or R&D fab environments
- Background in DRAM track process optimization and process integration flow
- Technical leadership experience in a consortium or multi-company environment
