Job Summary
The High Lift Driver is responsible for delivering temperature-controlled food and related goods to aircraft, manually loading and unloading galley equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety and customer guidelines. The role requires a valid Class 5 Drivers License, a clean driving record, and the ability to obtain a Transport Canada Security Clearance and airside vehicle operator's permit. Candidates must be able to work in various weather conditions, communicate effectively, and work as part of a team. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of CA$25.27.
Required Qualifications
- Class 5 Drivers License or higher
- Clean driving record
- Obtain and maintain, a Transport Canada Security Clearance
- Obtain and maintain an airside vehicle operators permit
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, extremely time-sensitive environment
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment, and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work an assigned schedule which may include days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive to work on time
- Must pass a criminal background check
