Job Summary
Provide in-person safety and security around-the-clock while monitoring and documenting behaviors and activities. Deliver physical, personal, and health needs through individual mentoring and skill development. Collaborate with professional staff to establish and meet goals for each youth's treatment plan. Participate in educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities within the High Impact Program. No prior experience required; training provided. Consistent, fair, punctual, and motivated individuals with a valid driver's license and high school diploma are preferred. 4 days on/3 off or 3 days on/4 off schedule; 7am–8pm shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to pass a physical exam
- Ability to pass a TB test
- Ability to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver
