Job Summary
Facilitate High Fidelity Wraparound services for a caseload of 10 to 12 families using a strengths-based approach to safety planning and wraparound planning. Prepare Wraparound Plans with families and agency partners containing measurable outcomes while providing on-call crisis support. Attend three weekly meetings for professional development and quarterly booster training sessions. Complete accurate and timely documentation in an electronic medical record system. Schedule is flexible and non-traditional based on youth and family availability; applicants must possess a current driver's license and automobile for work purposes.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess degree at time of application
- Degree must be in a clinical field of study
- Must have two years of full-time clinical experience (4,000 hours) with designated population
- Must have one year of full-time clinical experience (2,000 hours) with designated population
- Must hold one of the following licenses in the state of North Carolina: LCMHC-A, LMFT-A, LCSW-A, or LCAS-A
- Applicants must possess a current, valid driver's license
- Applicants must possess an automobile for work purposes
- Applicants must possess proof of auto insurance
- Applicants must be able to maintain a flexible schedule
