High Experienced Security Officer – Commercial Building

Conduct routine patrols of interior and exterior areas, monitor surveillance cameras, and maintain building access points. Maintain accurate shift logs, incident reports, and daily activity records. Assist with package handling, vendor deliveries, and key control documentation. This role supports a luxury commercial property in New York City, requiring a valid New York State Security Guard License and 8-hour pre-assignment training. Officers work overnight shifts at a rate of $22.00 per hour.
