Job Summary
Residential sales and design leadership role combining sales growth, client relationship management, and landscape design delivery. Lead sales pipeline, secure repeat business, develop compelling value propositions, and present them to high-value clients. Oversee design team delivering modern, innovative, and sustainable landscape designs; stay updated on industry trends. Serve as trusted advisor to high-value clients, delivering impactful presentations and negotiating win-win solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure quality and timely execution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales with measurable success in meeting revenue targets
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff
- Strong knowledge of landscape design principles
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience in managing projects, from concept to completion
- Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
