Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure quality and timely execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales with measurable success in meeting revenue targets
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff
  • Strong knowledge of landscape design principles
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience in managing projects, from concept to completion
  • Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
