Job Summary
Sr. Field Project Manager for high-end residential flips. Oversees field activities from demolition to punch-out across Orange County and LA, managing budgets, schedules, and a network of General Contractors/subcontractors to deliver market-ready homes on time and within budget. Collaborates with in-house design team, negotiates contracts with trade partners, writes Home Improvement Agreements, and ensures code compliance and exceptional workmanship across multiple active flips. Requires established network of contractors, strong leadership, analytical skills, problem-solving, proficiency with Microsoft Office/Salesforce/Dropbox, and the ability to mobilize reliable crews; travel within the county is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in residential construction
- Knowledge of residential construction means and methods
- Ability to read architectural and structural plans
- Strong leadership qualities and attention to detail
- Solution-driven with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
- Valid driver's license
