Job Summary
Lead and manage client engagements as the primary point of contact for high-end landscape design-build projects in Phoenix; develop innovative landscape design concepts and proposals; generate and qualify leads from requested and general marketing inquiries; create accurate proposals and pricing models to meet project requirements while preserving gross profits; drive sales to achieve annual revenue targets using a consultative approach; collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept through completion; maintain deep knowledge of architectural principles, design trends, and sustainable practices to provide value-driven solutions; represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential design-build sales or similar roles within the landscape industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a design sales capacity.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and high-end landscape concepts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a professional, client-focused demeanor.
