Job Summary
Conduct window and door installations for Infinity Replacement, delivering industry-leading workmanship and customer satisfaction. Manage up to 3–4 jobs weekly using detailed install packets, transporting materials from the warehouse to job sites while maintaining trim expertise in break work, capping, and caulking. Provide references for previous work and ensure sufficient help is available for job execution. Earn a minimum of $250,000 annually by maintaining at least 46 weeks of availability. Complete certified training and maintain required insurance coverage for commercial general liability, employer's liability, auto liability, and worker's compensation. Infinity covers all material costs and dump fees, allowing you to focus on high-earning, year-round installation work.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of window & door installation or remodeling experience
- Ability to transport windows and doors from our warehouse to job sites
- Detail-oriented trim expertise (break work, capping, caulking)
- Ability to hire sufficient help for job execution
- Provide references for previous work
- Certificate of insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer's Liability, Auto Liability, and Worker's Compensation
