Job Summary
Conduct window and door installations for Infinity Replacement as a 1099 Sub-contractor, delivering industry-leading workmanship and customer satisfaction. Manage up to 3–4 jobs weekly using detailed install packets provided, transporting materials from the warehouse to job sites while owning your own tools. Execute detail-oriented trim work including break work, capping, and caulking, and hire sufficient help for job execution. Maintain a schedule of at least 46 weeks of availability to earn a minimum of $250,000 annually, with Infinity covering all material costs and dump fees. Provide references for previous work and hold required commercial general liability and auto insurance certificates.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of window & door installation or remodeling experience
- Ability to transport windows and doors from our warehouse to job sites
- Detail-oriented trim expertise (break work, capping, caulking)
- Ability to hire sufficient help for job execution
- Provide references for previous work
- Certificate of insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer's Liability, Auto Liability, and Worker's Compensation
