Conduct window and door installations for Infinity Replacement, delivering industry-leading workmanship and customer satisfaction across year-round projects. Manage up to 3–4 jobs weekly using detailed install packets provided, while transporting materials from the warehouse and handling trim expertise including break work, capping, and caulking. Hire sufficient help for job execution and provide references for previous work. Maintain a minimum of 46 weeks of availability to earn $250,000 annually, with Infinity covering all material costs, dump fees, and providing certified training for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of window & door installation or remodeling experience
- Ability to transport windows and doors from our warehouse to job sites
- Detail-oriented trim expertise (break work, capping, caulking)
- Ability to hire sufficient help for job execution
- Provide references for previous work
- Certificate of insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer's Liability, Auto Liability, and Worker's Compensation
