High Dosage Tutor

Conduct small group and individual reading and math interventions for elementary and middle school students to help them master grade-level academic standards. Implement the Intervention curriculum while reading to students, listening to them read, and participating in oral communication activities. Accurately score student assessments, monitor progress, and assist staff in devising special strategies based on individual student needs. Maintain daily attendance records, complete paperwork timely, and alert the Student and Family Literacy Coordinator of any concerns. Operate and care for instructional equipment, participate in assigned in-service training, and serve as a positive role model through appropriate dress and attitude. Arrive punctually for site start-up and maintain close communication with the Program Analyst regarding absences.
