Job Summary
Provide high-acuity licensed practical nursing care in private duty home settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults with heartfelt compassion. Deliver services using electronic documentation via patient tablets and maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice. Complete required TB skin testing and CPR certification, with hands-on experience preferred. Flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling available across days, nights, and weekends. Weekly or daily pay options and 24/7 local clinical support included.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
