Job Summary
Provide high-acuity licensed practical nursing care in private duty home settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults. Deliver compassionate care while utilizing electronic documentation via patient tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on training. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months and possess reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends. Weekly or daily pay is available, supported by 24/7 local clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
