Job Summary
Provide high acuity licensed practical nursing care in private duty home settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults through compassionate, empathetic delivery. Maintain active, unencumbered state licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on components, while completing TB skin tests within the last 12 months. Utilize tablets for electronic documentation and coordinate with 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends, with reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
