Job Summary
Provide high-acuity licensed practical nursing care in private duty home settings, delivering compassionate clinical outcomes for children and adults. Maintain active, unencumbered state licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Perform daily patient assessments, administer medications, and utilize electronic documentation via patient tablets. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and maintain reliable transportation. Schedule includes flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts in days, nights, and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
